In a blender combine:
- 1 cup non-fat plain Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 banana
- 1/4 cup non-fat or 1% milk
- 1 handful frozen strawberries
- 1 Tbsp flax meal
- 1/4 tsp all natural vanilla
- 1 scoop whey protein powder (1 serving, according to directions)
- 1 Tbsp all natural cocoa
Set to "Smoothie" setting and blend until creamy. Enjoy!
